空调器制冷用铜管研究

Study of Copper Tubes Used for Refrigeration of Air-Conditioners

本文从生产工艺、设备、材料、技术指标、性能、空调企业对铜管的加工要求等方面对空调制冷用铜管进行了介绍和分析。同时,重点对内螺纹铜管的作用和齿形参数对换热性能的影响进行了简述,并对今后的发展动向进行了预测。

The production craft, equipment, materials, technical index, function and manufacture requirement for the copper tubes are introduced and analyzed. At the same time, the function of inner-thread copper tubes and effect of heat-exchange capability by the shape of teeth is simply described as a stress, and the development direction of the copper tube in future is forecasted in this article.
