摘要
通过沉积沉淀法制备了负载型金催化剂,测定了其对CO的催化氧化性能.结果表明,催化剂的活性与催化剂的载体种类、焙烧温度和放置时间等因素有关;Au/TiO2和Au/CeO2催化剂的催化活性较高,而Au/ZnO催化剂的催化活性较低;焙烧温度影响催化剂的性能,焙烧温度为400℃时,催化剂活性最高;较长的放置时间会降低催化剂性能,这可能与活性组分粒径长大有关.
A series of gold catalysts were prepared by deposition precipitation method and the catalytic capacity of CO oxidation reaction was determined. The results showed as follow.(1) the property of support,calcinations temperature and store time affect the catalytic capacity. Au/CeO2 and Au/TiO2 show a high catalytic activity while Au/ZnO shows a poor catalytic activity for CO oxidations (2) the calcinations temperature affects the catalytic activity and the catalyst shows the highest activity with calcinations temperature at 400℃; (3) a long time store of catalysts will decrease the activity,which might be related to growing of gold particle.
