摘要
研制出一种以亚硝酸钠为促进剂的室温磷化液。研究了磷化液中各组分及工艺条件对磷化膜性能的影响,并分析了锌系磷化的原理。该工艺具有耐蚀性好、沉渣少、适用范围广等优点。
A zinc series phosphating solution was developed by using sodium nitrite as accelerant at room temperature.Composition and preparation of phosphating solution were described.Properties of phosphating solution coatings obtained were tested,and analyzes the principle about phosphating.The results show that the craft has some advantages such as good corrossion resistance,little deposition and wide use range.
