摘要 基于DSC实验数据,采用Kissinger方法和JMA方程研究了TRIP钢非等温奥氏体化转变。根据获得的动力学参数转变激活能和JMA动力学参数n和K0,预测了两相区等温奥氏体化转变动力学。金相组织观测表明,预测与实际有着良好的匹配。 Non-isothermal austenite transformation of TRIP steel was studied by using Kissinger's method and JMA equation based on the test result of DSC. The kinetic parameters such as activation energy and coefficient of JMA kinetic equation were obtained and applied to estimate the isothermal austenitisation kinetics for intercritical annealing. The metallography observation showed good correlations between the prediction and the reality.
