慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者气道上皮细胞TGF-β_1表达的研究 被引量:10

摘要 目的通过观察TGF(转化生长因子)-β1在吸烟所致慢性支气管炎、慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者气道上皮细胞表达的水平,探讨TGF-β1在慢性阻塞性肺疾病气道炎症形成过程及氧化/抗氧化发病机制中的作用。方法采用免疫细胞化学方法检测TGF-β1在10例慢性支气管炎患者(慢支组)、10例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者(COPD组)气道上皮细胞的表达,并与10例对照组比较。结果①COPD组气道上皮细胞TGF-β1的表达(0.785±0.071)高于慢支组(0.559±0.051),差异有显著性P<0.05;②COPD组、慢支组气道上皮细胞TGF-β1的表达明显高于对照组(0.195±0.029),差异有显著性P<0.05。结论TGF-β1在慢性阻塞性肺疾病气道炎症形成过程及氧化/抗氧化发病机制中可能发挥一定的作用。 Objective To explore the role of TGF-β1 in course of airway inflammation and oxidant/antioxidant mechanism in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease by observing expression of TGF-β1 in bronchial epithelia celI(BEC) of smoking people with chronic bronchitis and COPD. Methods Patients were divided into chronic bronchitis group, COPD group and control group (each, n = 10). The expression of TGF-β1 in BEC was detected by immunocytochemical method. Results (1)The expression of TGF-β1 in BEC of COPD group(0. 785 ± 0.071 ) increased compared to chronic bronchitis group (0. 559 ± 0.051 ) ( P 〈 0.05). OThe expression of TGF-β in BEC increased in both COPD(0. 785 ± 0. 071 )and chronic bronchitis(0. 559 ± 0. 051 )groups compared to control (0.195±0.029)(P〈0.05). Conclusion TGF-β1 is likely to play an important role in the course of airway inflarnmation and oxidant/antioxidant mechanism in COPD.
