VEGF及TSP在异位子宫内膜组织中表达的研究

Vascular endothelial growth factor and thrombosponding involved in ectopic endometrium

目的探讨血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)及血小板反应素(TSP)在异位子宫内膜中的作用。方法采用S-P免疫组化的方法及原位杂交的方法分别检测VEGF及TSP在30例子宫内膜异位症患者在位和异位内膜组织(内异症组)及14例非内异症患者在位内膜组织(对照组)的表达。结果异位内膜组织VEGF表达增加,TSP表达无明显变化。结论VEGF可能参与异位子宫内膜的形成及某些生物学行为。

Objective To investigate the function of vascular endothelial growth factor（VEGF） and thrombospondins（TSP） in the pathogenesis of endometriosis. Methods Thirty samples of eutopic and ectopic endometrium were biopsied from 30 patients with endometriosis（EM group）,and 14 normal samples of eutopic endometrium were biopsied from 14 women without endometriosis （NE group）. VEGF and TSP were examined by S-P immunohistochemical and in situ hybridization in two groups. VEGF mRNA were examined by in situ hybridization analysis. Results Expression of VEGF,VEGF mRNA in ectopic endometrium were higher than that in eucopic endometriurn with and without endometriosis. Expression of TSP in ectopic endometrium had no significant difference compared with eucopic endometrium with and without endometriosis. Conclusion VEGF might be involved in the development of endometriosis and its biological behavior.
