摘要
冠层节肢动物的研究是近来生物多样性研究的国际前沿,文章主要介绍了森林冠层节肢动物的取样方法,如烟雾杀虫剂击倒法、取样树叶和小枝、非引诱式捕获器、诱捕器及其它取样法,并指出了各类取样法的优缺点。
The paper introduced the methods for sampling arthropods in tree canopies, such as insecticide knock-down, foliage samples, non-attractive traps, attractive traps and others. The advantages and disadvantages of each method were reviewed.
