摘要
在偶电层理论的基础上,对加油站静电起电原因和静电事故机理进行系统的分析,并以静电事故发生条件为基础,提出了有效控制加油站静电事故的措施。
According to the oven electron layer, this paper analyzes the static generation reasons and accidents mechanism of the gas station systematically. Measures are offered to control the accidents based on the factors which cause the static accident.
