摘要
PCI总线是一种广泛应用于微机系统的高性能的外围设备接口总线。本文提出了一种PCI设备的设计方案,通过在PCI设备上引入嵌入式DSP处理器,使用可编程逻辑器件进行时序控制和地址译码,增强了数据处理的能力,缓解了主机CPU的压力,并可根据需要扩展功能。
This paper presents a PCI Embedded Equipment, which has a digital signal processor as its local processor and a programmable logic device as a controller to deal with timing and address signals. This new kind of design can release the host CPU and greatly improve the ability to process the data.
