The Magnetic Properties of Fe-Co-Nb-B Nanocrystal Alloys Made by Mechanical Alloying

摘要 采用机械合金化方法,在摆振式高能球球磨机上制备Fe-Co-Nb-B纳米晶合金粉末,计算球磨后应力带来的晶格畸变对X射线衍射峰宽化的影响.样品有较高的比饱和磁化强度和矫顽力,在1 073 K烧结后,虽然消除了内应力的影响,但也使晶粒尺寸有所长大. The Fe-Co-Nb-B nanocrystalline powders were mechanically alloyed with a vibrational high energy ball mill. The effect of lattice distortion on the broadening of X-ray diffraction peaks was calculated. Samples exhibit satisfactory saturation magnetization and high coercivity. The annealing process at 1 073 K can ease the local stress but also results in the coarsening of the crystal grains.
