敦煌消痹定痛酊对胶原诱导性大鼠关节炎病理形态学的影响

Effects of Dunhuang Xiaobi Dingtong Tincture on the pathologic morphology in the rat models of collagen-induced arthritis

目的:探讨敦煌消痹定痛酊治疗类风湿性关节炎的功效,观察其对胶原诱导性关节炎(CIA)大鼠的关节病理形态学的影响。方法:建立CIA大鼠模型,取大鼠右后膝关节,分离皮下软组织及滑膜,石蜡包埋切片,HE染色,光学显微镜下观察皮下软组织、滑膜充血、水肿和滑膜细胞的增生以及炎性细胞浸润情况。结果:敦煌消痹定痛酊能减轻CIA大鼠关节皮下组织、滑膜组织的充血、水肿程度,能抑制滑膜的增生,缓解炎性细胞的浸润。结论:敦煌消痹定痛酊在缓解RA关节炎症方面疗效确切,值得做进一步的研究。

Objective ：To explore the active effects of Dunhuang Xiaobi Dingtong Tincture for RA and the influence of the pathologic morphology of the knee of the rats of CIA.Methods：Build up the rat models of CIA, separated the skin soft organization and synovial cell, covered up the slice in the paraffin wraps, HE dyed. In the optical microscope, observed the hyperemia and hydrops of subcutaneous soft tissue and synovial cell, proliferation of the synovial cell,infiltration of the inflammatory cell.Results：Dunhuang Xiaobi Dingtong Tincture could decrease the hyperemia and hydrops of subcutaneous soft tissue and synovial cell, repress the proliferation of the synovial cell,alleviate infiltration of the inflammatory cell in the joint of CIA rats. Conclusion：Dunhuang Xiaobi Dingtong Tincture has positive curative effects in alleviating the RA, which is worth researching in the further.
