平喘止咳汤治疗婴幼儿喘息性支气管炎44例疗效观察

Pingchuan Zhike Decoction for infant asthmatic bronchitis:an observation for 44 cases

目的:观察中药自拟方“平喘止咳汤”治疗婴幼儿喘息性支气管炎的疗效。方法:将86例患儿按随机数字表法分为2组。治疗组44例,采用中药平喘止咳汤口服治疗;对照组42例,采用抗生素静滴等西医常规方法治疗,均为5d1个疗程。结果:治疗组显效25例,有效18例,无效1例,总有效率97.72%;对照组显效17例,有效23例,无效2例,总有效率95.23%。两组总有效率比较,差异无显著性意义(P<0.05)。但显效率有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:对于能喂服中药的患儿,可以不用抗生素类输液,同样平喘化痰而中药效果优于西药。

Objective：To compare the therapeutic effect of Pingchuan Zhike Decoction and modem medicine routine management in treating infant asthmatic bronchitis.Methods：86 patients were divided into tow groups. 44 patients in the treatment group which taken herb soup orally for 5 days.42 patients in the control group which given antibiotic for 5 days. Results：25 patients had manifest obviously curative effect, 18 patients displayed partial therapeutic effect and 1 patient was ineffective in treatment group, so the total effective rate was 97.72 %. When come to control group, the dates were 17,23,2 respectively, and the total effective rate was 95.23 %.There were significant difference in statistics in tow groups about obviously curative effect rate （P 〈 0.05）,but not in total effect rate （P 〉 0.05）.Conclusion：Chinese herb medicine can also cure the disease without the antibiotic that is superior to modem medicine routine management in dissipate phlegm.
