“固尿汤”配合“莲芡粥”治疗小儿神经性尿频93例

Guniao Decoction coordinate Lianqian Gruel to NUFC in children:an observation of 93 cases

目的:观察用中药、中药食疗、中医按摩等综合疗法治疗小儿神经性尿频(NUFC)的疗效,并探讨其机理。方法:93例患儿中辨证属肾气不固、膀胱失约者78例,用自拟“固尿汤”,每日1剂口服。肾虚不固兼有湿热蕴郁膀胱者15例,先用灯心草、萹蓄、瞿麦、车前草、金银花、栀子、薏苡仁等清热利湿去其标,连用5d后再用“固尿汤”治疗,配合“莲芡粥”食疗,每日清晨食用1次。同时,5岁以上患儿配合按压双侧肾俞穴,每日1次,每次3min。1周为1个疗程,连用2～3个疗程。结果:本组93例,痊愈71例,占76.3%;好转22例,占23.7%。结论:“固尿汤”内服合“莲芡粥”食疗,同时结合按摩治疗NUFC疗效满意,可在临床推广应用。

Objective：To observe the curative effects in treating NUFC in children by Chinese herb,dietetic therapy and massage, and explore the curative mechanism. Methods：Unconsolidation of the kidney-qi and frequency of the urinary bladder（78 cases）treated by Guniao Decoction. To unconsolidation of th＇e kidney-qi and damp-heat in the urinary bladder （15 cases）,treated by clearing away heat and promoting diuresis firstly. Five days later,taken Guniao Decoction and Lianqian Gruel. At the same time,massaged Shenshu acupoints in more than 5 years old children,one time every day,and one time 3 minutes. Results ： 71 cases recovered （76.3 %）, 22 Cases had been better （23.7 %）. Conclusion： Guniao Decoction coordinate Lianqian Gruel,and combine massage are significant in NUFC in children in clinic. e
