儿童陈旧性孟氏骨折的中西医结合治疗

Combined treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine on old Monteggia fracture in children

目的:观察中西医结合治疗儿童陈旧性孟氏骨折的疗效。方法:手术治疗儿童陈旧性孟氏骨折后,采用中药内服及熏洗,结合功能锻炼。结果:随访的18例中,优10例,良6例,可1例,差1例,优良率88.9%。结论:对陈旧性儿童孟氏骨折在手术治疗后,采用中药内服及熏洗,辅以功能锻炼,是一种较理想的治疗方法。

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy on combination of Traditional Chinese Medicine and We.stern Medicine therapy on old Monteggia fracture in children. Methods： After operation, Treated old： Monteggia fracture hy taking orally,fumigating and washing with Traditional Chinese Medicine and functional training. Results： In this group, 18 cases were followed up. 10 cases were rated as excellent,4 good, 1 fair and 1 poor. The excellent and good rate was 88.9 %. Conclusion： Combined treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine is a dearly ideal method on old Monteggia fracture in children.
