小儿先天性髋关节脱位21例治疗总结

The conclusion of children with congenital dislocation of hip's treatment

目的:总结综合治疗不同年龄段小儿先天性髋脱位的经验。方法:1岁以内采用手法复位并蛙式石膏托外固定;1～3岁在全麻下行内收肌切断术,复位加髋人字石膏固定;4～6岁采用手术治疗。结果:该组患儿依据标准评定,优良率为93.8%,有2个髋关节发生股骨头坏死。结论:早期发现、早期治疗是取得满意疗效的重要措施之一;合理的综合治疗方案是患儿康复的基础。

Objective：To conclude clinical methods and experiences which synthetical treatment of children with congenital dislocation of hip＇s treatment. Methods：Children under 1 year of age with the disease which were treated by manual reduction and frog-type cast or extensible frame,children 1 - 3 years of age with the disease which were treated by adductor amputation by inhalation anesthesia and hip spica cast fixation,children 4 - 6 years of age with the disease which were treated by operation treatment. Results：Fineness percentage of all case was 93.8 % ,among the total,articulatio coxae of three have caput femoris thanatosis.Conclusion：Early discovery and early treatment is one of important therapeutic measure which gain good therapeutic effect,the case of reasonable and synthetical treatment is fundament of convalescence.
