穴位注射治疗小儿脑病的临床应用

Clinical application of drug injection therapy to Pedo-encephalopathy

目的:总结以醒脑开窍为主要治则的穴位注射治疗小儿脑病的经验。方法:应用神经生长因子、麝香注射液、丹参注射液、维生素B1、维生素B12等药物,进行辨证取穴治疗。结果:经上述治疗后,患者智力、语言及运动功能有明显改善。结论:穴位注射对提高脑病患儿运动功能,改善其智力、语言、行为异常等障碍均有明显的效果。为我国小儿脑瘫康复工作提供了一种行之有效的治疗方法。

Objective： To summarize the curative effect in clinical,which treated the pedo-cncephalopathy by injection with the method to rouse brain and enlighten. Methods： Using the medicines such as nerve growth factor,Shexiang injection,Danshen injection,and Vitamin B1,B12 to cure after got the acupoints by dialectical. Results： through the case of particular disease in clinical, the intelligence, speech, and the motor function were obviously improved. Conclusion： Drug injection therapy can improve the motor function of illness with encephalopathy,which has the visible effect to improve the disturbance of the intelligence, speech, and ever the behavior disorder. Provide an effective method for the rehabilitation work in our Country.
