经下肢外周静脉穿刺至股静脉置管化疗的研究

Using the puncture from peripheral venous to femoral vein during the course of chemotherapy for patients with cancer

目的 探讨经下肢外周静脉穿刺至股静脉置管在化疗中的应用效果。方法 将38例需经下肢化疗的患者随机分成研究组和对照组。研究组17例采用经下肢外周静脉穿刺至股静脉置管的方法给药，对照组21例采用头皮针或浅静脉留置针的方法给药。比较2组患者化疗静脉炎的发生率。结果 研究组化疗静脉炎的发生率显著低于对照组（P〈0．01），差异有统计学意义。结论 在下肢化疗的患者建议予股静脉置管，以降低化疗静脉炎的发生率。

Objective To study the effects of using the puncture from peripheral venous to femoral vein during the course of chemotherapy for patients with cancer. Methods Divided the 38 patients with cancer into the research group and the control group randomly. There were 17 cases in the research group, while there were 21 eases in the control group. The puncture from peripheral venous to femoral vein was used in the research group, the traditional method was used in the control group, and then compared the incidence rate of phlebitis between the two groups. Results The incidence rate of phlebitis in the research group was significantlower than that of in the control group, P〈0.01. Conclusions Femoral vein catheter indwelling should be suggested for cancer patients who have used the lower limb peripheral venous, which can effective avoid the phlebitis.
