摘要
目的了解手术室空气质量与手术切口感染率的关系。方法比较在普通手术室和层流洁净手术室施行的手术切口感染率。结果在普通手术室施行的17 707例手术中发生切口感染232例,切口感染率为1.31%;洁净手术室施行的8 931例手术中发生切口感染65例,切口感染率为0.73%;两者比较,差异有显著性(P<0.005)。在普通手术室施行的Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ类手术切口感染率分别为0.59%、1.63%、5.23%,洁净手术室施行的Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ类手术切口感染率分别为0.25%、0.77%、6.06%,上述Ⅰ、Ⅱ类手术切口感染率差异均有显著性(分别为P<0.05,P<0.005),Ⅲ类手术切口感染率差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论手术室采用层流空气净化系统可以明显降低Ⅰ、Ⅱ类手术切口感染率。
Objective To investigate the relation between air quality in the operating room and surgical wound infection (SWI)rate. Methods SWI rates in patients who received operations in general operating room and laminar flow operating room were compared. Results Among 17 707 operations performed in general rooms , 232 cases developed SWI, the SWI rate was 1.31%; among 8 931 operations performed in laminar flow operating room, 65 cases developed SWI, the SWI rate was 0.73% , there was significant difference between them(P〈0. 005). The SWI rate in type Ⅰ , Ⅱ and Ⅲ operations performed in general operating room was 0. 59% , 1.63% and 5. 23% respectively, the SWI rate in type Ⅰ , Ⅱ and Ⅲ operations performed in laminar flow operating room was 0. 25% , 0. 77% and 6. 06% respectively , there was significant difference in SWI rate in type Ⅰ and Ⅱ operations (P〈0. 05 and P〈 0. 005 respectively), there was no obvious difference in SW1 rate in type Ⅲ operations (P〉0. 05) . Conclusion Laminar flow system in the operating room can obviously reduce the SWI rate in type Ⅰ and Ⅱ operations.
