摘要
以多穗柯(LithocarpuspolystachyusRehd)叶为原料,研究了二氢查耳酮提取及纯化的适宜条件。结果表明,二氢查耳酮提取的适宜条件为:以1∶8的料水比,在80℃条件下提取60min;二氢查耳酮纯化的适宜条件为:以聚合氯化铝为絮凝剂,在pH值为7·5,温度为55℃时絮凝40min;以ADS-7树脂为吸附剂,以100mg/mL为上样液浓度,80%乙醇为洗脱液浓度。二氢查耳酮的提取率达5·26%。用高效液相色谱法检测,二氢查耳酮含量为98·37%。
Dihydrocharcone as the target, studied the proper process for extracting and purifying Dihydrocharcone from Lithocarpus polystachyus Rehd. The result indicates the best extracting conditions are: when the solvent is water the weight of the water is 8 times that of the Lithocarpus polystachyus Rehd, the temperature of the water is 60℃, the period of the extraction is 60 minutes; the best flocculate is Polyaluminum Chloride, the best sorbent is ADS - 7 macroporous resin, then the content of dihydrocharcone can reach 5. 26%. Use HPLC to check, the pure of the dihydrocharcone is 98. 37%.
