摘要
山梨醇与氢氧化铜在碱性溶液中生成蓝色络合物,在655nm波长存在最大吸光度,建立分光光度法测定山梨醇含量的方法。山梨醇浓度在0.04-2g/L范围内与吸光度呈线性关系,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.39%。经数理统计检验,该法与碘量法没有显著性差异。
Taking advantage of the blue complex, existing most absorbency at 655nm, formed by sorbitol reaction with cuprum hydroxide in basic solution, a spectrophotometric method for the determination of sorbitol content was put forward. The linear range between concentration and absorbance was 0. 04-2g/L. RSD was 0. 39%. Spectrophotometry had no significant difference from iodimetry.
