Theme and Essence of Western Women Emancipation in the 20th Century

20世纪初西方妇女的解放在三大关键领域展开,首先是争取选举权以望取得对社会劳动成果的分配权;其次是就业问题,寻求通过劳动获得解放;三是妇女在观念领域发生变化,希望走出家庭摆脱生殖奴役。这些妇女运动的主题与19世纪以来的改革运动结合,促成了西方妇女的地位变化,也开创了西方女性历史的新纪元。

In the early 20th century, a women emancipation in the West was carried out in three key fields of western society, struggling for the franchise for the right of distribution of working product, for employment to free themselves by means of working, and for a new conception about women to break away from the bond of family and enslavement of birth giving. These themes joined forces with the reform campaigns since the 19th century, helping change the social status of western women and starting a new age of the history of western women.
