应用结构变动值K、Moore结构变化值和专业化指数测度西部产业演变,结果表明:西部产业整体性演变加快。但受自然条件、产业技术水平、需求结构、资本供给、区域贸易和国家产业政策的影响,西部农业比重过高、制造业技术水平低、第三产业发展滞后问题突出,产业结构升级速度慢。以生态环境和资源承载能力为前提,加快重点地区、传统产业的改造,培育优势产业,提升制造业技术水平,增强区域中心的辐射力和驱动力,培育新的经济增长点是西部产业演变路径的必然选择。

The value K of structure variety, the various value of Moore structure and the specialized index are applied to measuring the western industry evolution, presenting that industrial integrity evolution is speeding up. But with the influence of the natural conditions, industry technological level, demand structure, capital supplies, regional trade, our national industrial policy and so on, the following problems appear in the west of our country, which include the excessive agricultural proportion, lower technical level of manufacturing industry, the prominent delayed development of tertiary industry, and the low speed of industrial structure promotion. Therefore, the necessary choice of the west industrial evolution approaches is to speed up the traditional industrial transformation, cultivate and develop the superior industry, raise the technical level of manufacturing industry, strengthen the radiating and driving power of the region center and develop the new growing point of economy, which is certainly promised on the ecological environment and resources bearing capacity.
