摘要
中国加入WTO后,农产品竞争力的提高是一个紧迫而现实的问题,其中加强农业自主创新是提高我国农产品竞争力的根本途径。本文从我国农产品存在的技术含量低、高新技术产品少、成本高、结构不合理等窘迫现状入手,阐述了加强农业自主创新来提高农产品竞争力的紧迫性。并在此基础上,提出了从增强农民意识、明确自主创新主体内涵、拓展多元化融资渠道、寻求多样化组织模式、建立服务体系方面来完成农业自主创新、提高农产品竞争力的思路和建议。
After joined in WTO, improving the competition ability of farm produce is a pressure question in China, and strengthening agriculture independent innovation is the fundamental approach of improving the competition ability of farm produce, this article analysed the embarrassed acluality of Chinese farm produce, and brought forward some advice to strengthen agriculture independent innovation: increasing innovation consciousness, making clear innovation connotation, manifolding innovation investment channel, constituting innovation service system.
