虽然经过12年的发展,广西上市公司仍存在数量相对较少、行业优势不突出、经营业绩差等缺陷。广西要积极推动优质企业改制上市,改善现有上市公司的经营业绩,用好绩差公司的壳资源,适时引进优质资产,支持非国有企业上市融资,拓展海外融资渠道,提高广西上市公司股权融资的能力。

In the past twelve years＇ development, Guangxi listed companies have caused many shnrteomings, like relevant less in quantity, not outstanding in industrial advantages, as well as weak in operation achievements. Guangxi will actively drive high-grade enterprises to reconstruct and list in the market; improve present operation achievements of listed companies; properly utilize ＂Shell resources＂ of companies with weak achievements; find opportunity to introduce high assets; suppnrt non-state-owned enterprises to list and finance; expand overseas financing channels; and improve capacities of utilizing stock rights to finance for Guangxi listed companies.
