摘要
政府规模问题是中国推进政府改革进程中值得关注的一个重大课题。衡量政府规模指有政府机构和工作人员、政府收入、政府支出,由中国政府规模现状的比较,中国应从提高政府效率、通过税收立宪、强化财政预算等方面构建合理政府规模。
The government scale question is our country advances the government to reform important issue which in the advancement is worth paying attention. The weight standard includes the government apparatus, staff quantity, government expenditure and government income. We can adopt some measures,such as improving the govenment＇s efficency and strengtherning the finance budget to construct the reasonable government scale.
