摘要
“合法性”(legitimacy)不是一个法律概念,而是一个政治学概念,指的就是民众对执政党或政府的自觉拥护、支持和认同。合法性问题,是关系到执政党能否继续执政的根本性问题。对中国共产党执政50多年来的合法性基础进行历史考察,可以概括出不同历史阶段上其合法性的主要表现为:革命合法性、意识形态合法性、领袖魅力合法性、经济绩效合法性等,并在此基础上总结出两点基本的历史经验。
The meaning of political legitimacy is a feeling of support and approval to the government or the ruling party. It is a fundamental problem to the ruling party. In this paper, I had a historical examination to the CPC＇ s political legitimacy during the over past fifty years, and it can be summarized as revolutionary legitimacy, ideological legitimacy, charismatic legitimacy and achievemental legitimacy etc. and basing on it I drew two conclusion.
