循环经济倡导在物质和能源利用减量化、再利用、再循环的基础上发展经济,是中国实现可持续发展战略的一种新的经济形态。介绍国内外循环经济的发展过程,并对国内外循环经济的研究状况从评价指标体系、发展模式、立法三个角度分别进行回顾,通过比较分析,找出我国在发展循环经济过程中的不足,并指出今后需要研究的方向。

Circular Economy is a newborn economy, which is based on Reducing, Reusing, Recycling, which is an effective way to come true the constant development in China. The paper firstly introduces the development course of Circular Economy inside and outside, and secondly reviews the inside and outside research status , which is based on the view of the evaluation index system of circular economy, the developing mode and the law. Through comparing and analysis , find out the shortage of developing Circular Economy＇in the cities of China, and the outlook of the research is putted forward in the end.
