The View of Righteousness and Benefit on Zuo Zong-tang——The Ethic Practice of Fuzhou Shipment Bureau and Lanzhou Textile Bureau

用现代的眼光审视左宗棠的尚义与兴利的义利观,以及在创建与管理福州船政局、兰州织呢局的过程中,这种义利统一的伦理思想所包含的合理成分与局限性,藉此为中国现代企业的伦理研究提供借鉴。

This article takes a modem view to probe into the reasonable ingredient and limitation of co-generation of righteousness and benefit on Zuo Zongtang in the process of establishing and managing Fuzhou Shipment Bureau and Lanzhou Textile Bureau, so far hopes to reference for a research on Chinese business ethic.
