摘要 目的探讨重现量化分析(RQA)方法在评测心率变异与呼吸非线性耦合中的可行性。方法健康家兔17只,采用重现量化分析(RQA)方法,分析了17只家兔在注射异丙肾上腺素前后呼吸-心率耦合关系的变化。结果注射异丙肾上腺素后,重现百分比、决定性百分比和重现熵都发生了显著的变化(与注射前比,均P<0.05)。结论RQA方法可用于分析心率变异与呼吸非线性耦合。 Objective To evaluate the feasibility of recurrence quantification analysis (RQA) in measuring the relationgship of respiration and heart rate. Methods RQA methods were applied to experimental data obtained from 17 rabbits. The nonlinear coupling patterns of respiration-heart rate were observed before and after isoprenaline was used. Results The percent recurrence, the percent determinism and the entropy of recurrence were significantly different (P〈0.05) after isoprenaline was used. Conclusion RQA is valuable in quantifying different degrees of non-linear coupling of respiration and cardiovascular variability signals.
