六味地黄丸治疗糖尿病患者牙周炎的疗效观察

An observation of the effect of Liu Wei Di Huang Wan on periodontitis patients with diabetes mellitus

目的观察六味地黄丸治疗糖尿病患者牙周炎的临床疗效。方法140例糖尿病合并牙周炎的患者,随机分为两组。实验组给与牙周基础治疗和六味地黄丸,对照组仅作牙周基础治疗。分别于治疗前和治疗后6个月复查牙周指数的变化。结果两组患者治疗前,菌斑指数(PLI)、牙周探针深度(PD)、附着水平丧失(AL)、牙齿松动度(TM)均无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗后6个月复查,两组患者PD、AL、TM有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论六味地黄丸对糖尿病患者的牙周炎症有明显的改善作用。

Objective To observation the clinic effect of Liu Wei Di Huang Wan on treating periodontitis patients with diadetes mellitus. Methods 140 periodontitis patients with diabetes mellitus was randomly divided into two groups. The patients in test group were given Liu Wei Di Huang wan treatment and periodontal initial therapy, Other patients in control group were only given initial therapy. The periodontal indexes （PLs） such as PLI, PD ,1AL,TM was measured at pretreatment and after 6 months therapy. Results Before the treatment, the PLs showed no difference statistically （P〉0.05）. While re-examined 6 months later, PD,AL,TM had a significant difference between two groups （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Liu Wei Di Huang Wan is effective in the treatment of periodontitis patients with diabetes mellitus.
