围手术期抗菌药物应用合理性的调查分析

Survey the rationality usage of antimicrobials in the perioperative period

目的了解某三级医院外科病区围手术期患者抗菌药物使用的现状及合理性。方法根据设计好的调查表,按统一要求收集6个病区86例手术患者的出院病历,依据《抗菌药物临床应用指导原则》对病历作回顾性调查分析。结果86例外科出院手术患者中,使用抗菌药物合理的有54例,不合理的有32例。用法用量不合理发生的频率最高,有26例,其次为预防用药22例;抗菌药物的使用分布以头孢菌素类、林可霉素类和硝基咪唑类为主,三者约占71.82%。结论加强贯彻落实《抗菌药物临床应用指导原则》,执行规范的围手术期抗菌药物的使用非常重要。

Objective To investigate the usage of antimicrobials in the perioperative period in a three-grade hospital. Methods A retrospective investigation was progressed according to a table designed with unified standard. Result We collected the discharged case of 86 patients after operation in 6 different endemic area. The antibacterial usage in 54 patients was rational and irrational usage was found in 32 patients. Above all most mistakes was the incorrect administration and dosage which was found in 26 patients. Moreover unreasonable preventive medication was found in 22 patients. The antimicrobials being used in 71.82 percent were belong to cphalosporins, lincosamides and nitromidazoles. Conclusion It was showed that it was very important to use antimicrobials according to ＂Guidelines on Clinical Use of Antimicrobials＂.
