论社会公正体系中的机会平等原则

On Opportunity Equality Principle In Social Justice System

实现社会公正是中国社会转型过程中迫切需要解决的时代性课题,是社会主义和谐社会的重要基石。但是人类实践已经证明那种“绝对平均主义”是不符合时代潮流的,我们应当构筑以机会平等为基础的社会公正体系。机会平等就其内涵来讲,应该包括机会起点平等、机会实现过程的程序公正以及合理的差别原则。

The realization of social justice is an imperative task to be solved in the process of China＇s social transition and the cornerstone of socialist harmonious society. But human practice proves that the absolute equalitarianism does not accord with the trend of the times. We should build the social justice on the basis of opporttmity equality. The connotation of opportunity equality should include： the equality in the starting opportunity, the procedural justice for the realization of the opporttmity, and reasonable difference principle.
