摘要
目的选择紫河车超微粉的制备工艺,探讨紫河车的质量控制方法。方法采用超微粉碎技术,并对普通粉和超微粉进行薄层鉴别和氨基酸分析对比试验。结果超微粉粒度、色泽、味道、分散程度较好,薄层鉴别和氨基酸分析表明超微粉与普通粉无显著差异。结论紫河车超微粉可用于产舒康颗粒的生产,其质控方法专属性强。
Objective To study the preparation of Placenta Hominis superfine powders, and to investigate its quality control methods, Methods The superfine pulverizing technique, TLC, amino acids analysis and comparativc test were employed, Results Placenta Hominis superfine powders were better thau ordinary powders in granularity, eolour, taste anti distribution, Superfine powders and ordinary powders of Placenta Hominis had similar resuhs in identification by TLC and analysis of amino acids. Conclusion Placenta Hominis can be made into superfine powders in Chanshukang granules. The method of quality control is very exclusive.
