痔可平胶囊中4味药材的薄层鉴别法

Identification of 4 Medicinal Materials in Zhikeping Capsule by TLC

目的对痔可平胶囊的质量进行控制。方法采用薄层色谱法(TLC法)对方中的大黄、槐花、黄芪、白芍进行鉴别。结果薄层色谱上均鉴别出制剂和各种药材的特征斑点,空白对照色谱中无此斑点。结论该法操作简单,重现性好,可作为该制剂质量控制的参考。

Objecttve To establish the quality standard for Zhikeping capsule. Methods Radixet rhizome rhei, flis sophorae, radix astragali, radix paeoniae alba in Zhikeping capsule were identified by TLC. Results The characteristic dots of the medicinal materials were found on TLC chromatogram of the sample, however they were not shown in the negative sample. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid and accurate. It can be used for quality control of Zhikeping capsule.
