紫茵糖浆中丹参素的含量测定

Determination of Danshensu in Ziyin Syrup

目的建立紫茵糖浆中丹参素含量的测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Hypersil ODS C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相为甲醇-0.5%醋酸(1:8),检测波长为281nm,流速为1.0mL/min。结果丹参素的回收率为99.67%,RSD为0.51%(n=6)。结论高效液相色谱法简便、快速、准确,可作为紫茵糖浆的质量控制方法。

Objective To establish an assay method for Danshensu in Ziyin syrup. Methods HPLC method was used. The chromatographic column was Hypersil ODS C18 （250 min×4.6 mm, 5 μm）.The mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.5% acetic acid （1：8）. Detective wavelength was at 281 nm. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. Results The average recover rate of Danshensu and relative standard deviation were 99. 67% and 0, 51% （n = 6）, respectively. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid and accurate. It may be used for the quality control of Ziyin syrup.
