摘要
目的建立电光性眼炎滴眼液中盐酸丁卡因及盐酸麻黄碱的含量测定方法。方法采用双光束紫外-可见分光光度法,不经分离直接测定丁卡因、麻黄碱含量,取310nm和252.6nm波长处的振幅值作为盐酸丁卡因的定量信息,取570nm波长处的振幅值作为盐酸麻黄碱的定量信息。结果盐酸丁卡因和盐酸麻黄碱的r值均为0.9999,平均回收率分别为99.53%和100.26%,RSD分别为0.36%和0.77%。结论采用双光束紫外-可见分光光度法可不用分离直接测定含量,结果准确,精密度高。
Objective To establish a method for determining tetracaine, ephedrine in electric ophthalmia eye drops. Methods UV spectrophotometry was used to determine the contents of tetracaine, ephedrine. The detection wavelength of tetracaine was at 310 nm and 252. 6 nm. The detection wavelength of ephedrine was at 570 nm. Results The relationship between the absorbance and the concentration was linear (r = 0.999 9). The average recovery rate for tetracaine was 99.53% ( RSD =0. 36% ), ephedrine was 100. 26% ( RSD =0. 77% ). Conclusion UV spectrophotometry may be used to determine the content direchy without separation. The method is simple, fast and reliable.
