提出了一种资本运营理论的体系结构,论述该体系结构中概念层、运作层和支撑环境层各组成部件的基本概念和组成要素。
This paper presents the system framework and operation model of capital operation theory, discusses the basic conception and components about the framework which includes the conception level, the operation level and the supported environment and analyses the operation model.
