This paper states the influence of the stakeholders on the firm, and analyses the approach of the stakeholders base on of a stakeholders model. The management of the stakeholders is the key to the success of a firm. The rums now must fully realize the significance of the stakeholders and pay attention to the responsibility to the workers and consumers,and try to stisfy the demand of the workers and consumers by all means, and carry out the obligations to shareholers.
