Regional industrial persistent competing factor is from the upgrade of its economy social sustainable development factor. Moreover, To a great extent, the economy social sustainable development factor lies on the sustainable development factor of the industries. Regional industrial sustainable developments come down to the factors as regional resource gift, technical advancement and system innovation etc. Further more, these factors exist in diversionary relation between each other.
