摘要
20世纪90年代以来,跨国公司R&D在华投资日益增多,代表着中国吸引外资已从单纯吸引资金逐步转移到引进先进技术上来。基于对跨国公司R&D技术溢出在华的总体情况和积极影响的分析,揭示出跨国公司技术溢出的制约因素和我国技术吸收过程的障碍,对提高我国技术吸收能力有较大的启发。
Multinational Co operations have expanded their investment on research and development （R＆D） in china since 1990s, which indicates the concentration of china＇ s attracting foreign investment is changing from simply attracting foreign capital to actively .importing advanced technology. Based on the analysis on the whole current situation and positive effect of the foreign R＆D technology spillover into China, the author of this thesis suggested the restrictive factors in multinationals＇ spilling technology out , together with the obstacle in China＇ s introducing advanced technology, which is the available suggestion for improving China＇ s ability of absorbing foreign advanced technology.
