Industrial Cluster is very important industrial space organizing form in modem economy, with powerful persistent competition advantage, having been widely concerned, analyzed and recapitulated in different aspoets. This article first introduces the concept and basic characteristics of Industrial Cluster, and then analyzes the competition advantages of Industrial Cluster in certain detail. In my opinion, the competition advantages of Industrial Cluster lie in resource gathering, capital using efficiency, exchange costs, learning and innovating, scope economy, extem economy and regional brand.
