摘要
UCP600已正式出版,无论从整体结构还是到具体条款该版本与UCP500相较都有着显著的变化。UCP600减少了条文数量、增加了对关键用语的解释、简化了银行审单的时间限制、缩减了单据的种类,其主要目的就是使信用证规则更加清晰,容易操作。但从这套规则本身来看,离这个目的还有很远的距离。
UCP 600 has been promulgated in October 2006. The whole structure and concreted articles of the new version are different from UCP 500. in order to clear the rules and simplify the practices, UCP600 cuts down the number of articles, increases interpretations for key words, simplifies the time limitation for banks and decreases the categories of documents. However, the rules of UCP 600 seem far way from these objectives.
