摘要
介绍了AHP(层次分析法)的理论及算法,应用AHP对南水北调中线工程所面临的风险进行了分析计算,实现了风险因素的排序,找出了影响南水北调中线工程成功的关键因素。
This paper analyses the principle of Analytic Hierarch Process（AHP）, analyse and calculate the risk of the Middle Line South- North Water Transfer Project（SNWTP） and a framework for SNWTP risk factor ranking, finally this paper finds out the key risk element which affects the success of SNWTP implementation by using AHP.
