摘要
徐州市小型水库大多建设于20世纪五、六十年代，工程标准低，施工质量差，再加上经过40～50a的运行，工程设施普遍老化损坏，存在诸多安全隐患。为保障水库的安全远行以及下游人民群众的生命财产安全，发挥水库的工程效益，小型水库除险加固势在必行。列举了徐州市60座水库所存在的问题并提出了除险加固的措施。
Small reservoirs in Xuzhou main built on 1950＇s and 1960＇s. They have many spots with hidden risks during forty to fifty years, such as low standard, poor construction, aging and destruction of maintenance infrastructures. To protect reservoirs in gear and defend life and possession of downstream people and to bring them into play to project utility, it is essential that small reservoirs are reinforced. Open questions are listed and reinforcement measures for danger release are proposed of sisty small reservoirs in this thesis.
