摘要
微小孔的加工一直是机械制造业中的难点,对国防制造业更是如此。研制了一种精密微小孔数控振动钻床,并采用0.4mm高速钢麻花钻头进行钻削试验,与普通钻削相比,振动钻削能提高钻头的使用寿命十几倍以上,并能提高钻头的定心能力和微孔的位置精度。
The micro-hole machining is all along the difficulty in mechanical manufacturing,especially in national defence manufacturing.The NC precision micro-hole vibration drill machine was developed,and the drilling experiments were done with 0.4 HSS twist drill.The results indicate that vibration drilling can increase the drill life at more than ten times,centring and position precion compared with common drilling.
