摘要
利用硅钼杂多酸与异Vc豆蔻酸酯在碱性条件下生成稳定的兰色物质,建立了一种快速、简单测定异Vc豆蔻酸酯的新方法,该体系的最大吸收波长为730nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为0.67×104mol/L.cm,线性范围0.01mg/mL~0.25mg/mL,相对标准偏差小于0.5%,回收率94.4%~100.1%。
Based on the stable blue reaction product of silicamolybdenum heteropoly acid with D-isoascorbyl myristate in basic environment, a new method is presented for simple and quick determination of D-isascorbyL myristate. The biggest absorption wavelength is at 730 nm the molar absorption coefficient is 0.67×10^4 mol·L^-1·cm^-1. The linear range of determination is 0.01 mg·mL^-1 -0.25 mg·mL^-1,the relative standard deviation is less than 0.5 %, and the recovery of 94.4 % - 100.1% are given.
