摘要
乳链菌肽Nisin是由乳酸链菌发酵生产的一种重要生物防腐剂,为了促进生物防腐剂Nisin工业化生产的发展,在评述微生物发酵生产Nisin过程中Nisin的生物效价检测和发酵工艺的基础上,提出了研究和生产过程中亟待解决的一些问题和解决方法。
Nisin is an important biological antiseptic produced by Streptococcus lactis in the fermentation. In order to promote the industrialization production of biological antiseptic Nisin, we have proposed the methods to solve the problems in the research and production on the foundation of evaluating the ways to determine the biological value of Nisin and fermentation technology.
