对合成有机氟材料的重要中间体———六氟丙酮的制备研究进展情况及其应用进行了综述。现有的合成工艺主要有八氟异丁烯氧化法、六氯丙酮氟化法、2-氯六氟丙烷氧化法、六氟丙烯氧化法、六氟环氧丙烷重排法等,在所有的合成路线中,六氟环氧丙烷重排法是目前较理想的合成方法,适合工业化生产。

The key applications, various methods of preparing hexafluoroacetone, which is an important intemiediate for synthesizing organic fluoric materials, were reviewed. Currendy, hexafluoroacetone can be prepared by oxidation of octafluoroisobuten, oxidation of 2 - chloro - 1, 1,1,3,3,3 - hexafluoropropane, oxidation of hexafluoropropylene, isomerizafion of hexafluoropropylene oxide and so on , among which the isomefizafion of hexafluoropropylene oxide is the most ideal and suits the industrialization production.
