摘要
对氯乙烯合成产生的大量反应热需要强制循环水带走的常规生产工艺进行了改造,实现转化器热水自循环,不仅节省了动力电和纯水,而且提高了转化器的生产能力。
The routine process of reaction heat from vinyl chloride synthesis reaction taking away by forced circulating water was improved, as well as autocycle of hot water of converter was realized. Not only kinetic current and pure water was saved, but also capacity of converter was improved.
