This paper gives a general introduction about the new characteristics of conference literature, such as the realization of selfpublishing, the publication of conference materials by cd or vod, and the network used to enhance the efficiency and influence of conference literature, etc. From the viewpoint of users＇ demand, new access approaches and skills of all kinds of conference literature are presented systematically under network environment. Eventually, several online-publishing modes of conference papers are recommended.
